Concord, on the roof of the Museum of Freedom : T-45 Power Armor Mk I full set.Ģ. a randomized frame encountered at level 26 can spawn with any combination of T-51, T-45 and raider armor pieces.ġ. The armor pieces generated include all previous levels, e.g. Randomized frames can spawn with raider pieces at any level, T-45 pieces starting at level 15, T-51 pieces starting at level 25, T-60 pieces starting at level 35 and X-01 pieces starting at level 45. a leveled frame encountered at level 26 will only have T-60 pieces.įrames sometimes spawn with incomplete sets of armor. The armor pieces generated do not include previous levels, e.g. T-45b armor will spawn starting at level 11.
The upgrade level of armor pieces also increases within these ranges, e.g. Leveled frames spawn with T-45 pieces at levels 1-13, T-51 pieces at levels 14-20, T-60 pieces at levels 21-27 and X-01 pieces at level 28 and above. For example, at lower levels one will find T-45 power armor though at higher levels it can range from T-51 power armor up to X-01 power armor. Leveled power armor: Most power armor located around the Commonwealth is level scaled.
It can be upgraded 6 times, from A to F for a total of 1820 points of Damage Resistance and 1390 points of Energy Resistance. It improves upon older suits by offering superior protective abilities. It was later engineered by remnants of the U.S. The X-01 power armor is a set of power armor created shortly before the bombs fell. I still disagree, it is not outside the story arc.5. I think a Chinese power armour would be a fantastic idea. (Like comparing a futbol player and a football player). This opposed to more European, West Asain, African and American soldiers whould be bigger, but still have the strength and agility.
AN armour designed around smaller soldier who are both strong and agile. I would think their designs would also take this in mind. Few of them are big and muscular, although as a whole their size does not equal their strength. Lets face it, a majority of their martial forces, be it police or otherwise, are very athletic. I also see the armour intergrating night vision, aiming, and the overal stigma behind the Chinese martial forces.
instead of a boost to strength, and a hinderence to agility, it would simply be no boost and no hinderence. It would use stealth tech and would be designed to operate as a better shock absorbing armour. The armour would be less about absorbing incoming fire and more about deflecting it. Not to say it will not have some nice bulk to it. I think that, due to China's historical progress that any armour they make will be less brute strength and more atuned for agile combat. I envision something similiar to the reinforced stealth armour, which is a very well done armour in it's self. This armour was very well thought out and executed. Similiar to the idea behing the Coyote NAPA armour.
It could very well be that they were going for something with more stealth and movement. Well, within the boundaries of the Fallout story line nothing says the Chinese were not working on a heavier armour than their stealth armour.
I'd do this mod myself, but I haven't even begun to learn how to mod things in the game.
I hate mods that overwrite other things in the game, especially if they're done very badly. But really, mostly, I just want my Chinese Power Armor. Meanwhile, you could toss in a black T-51b for the Enclave, or the BoS, or Outcasts. T-51b already is American (the one that comes with the game), but I mean for other power armors. ^^ Īll I ask for is a simple Power Armor add-on, to add a Chinese version, maybe featuring some red/yellow paint, or maybe red and black, a Red Star on the chest plate maybe? Could be based on the more common power armor, or even the more elusive Chinese winterized version of the T-51b Power Armor? If you feel like, toss in an American version too. Problem is, I know nothing about modding or else I'd do it myself. Sure, I know the Chinese never developed any during the war according to the game storyline. I was surprised when I looked on the mod page for Fallout 3 only to find out that there aren't any mods that allow for Chinese Power Armor. I'm new to the forum, hope to become a regular visitor.
